- No Objection Letter to hand over the dead body issued by concerned police station Police report from the concerned authority Notification of Death issued by Central Statistical Organization Death Certificate issued by Supreme Council of Health To Whom It May Concern Certificate issued by Criminal Evidence and Information Department Letter from the sponsor individual or company addressed to the Embassy of Nepal in Doha clarifying date, time, place and how the death happened as well amount (salaries, end of service, overtime, leave pay, and security balance in addition to a copy of CR and Computer Card of the company) Passport and Identity Card copies of the accompanying person QR 1500.00 as additional transportation cost of the dead body from Kathamandu airport to the hometown Sheets of paid salaries of last three months. If the deceased has been paid through a bank account, the bank statements of at least six months of his/her bank account Passport copy of the deceased
