DigiNumber: a number to share instead of your phone
Every account gets a DigiNumber, written like 5XX XXX XXX, so people can find you on DigiNepal without your mobile number.
What you can do
- Say it, print it, dial it in the app or share it as a QR code.
- Type it with Nepali digits if you prefer.
- Change it once at no cost.
Good to know
- DigiNumbers start with 5 and have 9 digits, so they never look like a Nepali mobile number. The last digit is a check digit that catches typos.
- You choose who can look you up: everyone, only your connections, or nobody. Blocked people cannot find you.
