Track expenses and budgets in Nepali or English
Tell DigiBot what you spent, in the words you already use, and keep budgets, income and tasks in Workspace documents.
What you can do
- Log an expense by typing “spent 450 on lunch”, in Nepali script or in romanized Nepali.
- Add live expense, income, budget, summary and task blocks to a Workspace document.
- Share a document with up to 50 of your connections.
- Export your records as CSV.
- On the desktop app, press Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+E to add an expense from anywhere.
Good to know
- Amounts are in Nepali rupees by default; other currencies can be used too.
- Dates follow Nepal time.
- DigiBot follows clear rules rather than AI, and you can undo an entry for 10 minutes.

Can I record expenses in Nepali?
Yes. DigiBot understands English, Nepali script (including Nepali digits) and romanized Nepali.
Can I export my expenses?
Yes. Expense and budget records can be exported as a CSV file.
Is there a quick way to add an expense on a computer?
In the DigiNepal desktop app, press Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+E to open a small quick-expense window.
