तोसिमा कार्की नेपाली जनरल सर्जन तथा राष्ट्रिय स्वतन्त्र पार्टी (रास्वपा) की नेता हुन्, जसले प्रतिनिधि सभामा ललितपुर–३ को प्रतिनिधित्व गर्छिन्। उनले यो सिट पहिलो पटक मंसिर २०७९ (नोभेम्बर २०२२) को आम निर्वाचनमा जितिन् र फागुन २०८२ (मार्च २०२६) मा ४३,०९६ मत ल्याएर पुनः निर्वाचित भइन्। उनी १७ जनवरीदेखि ५ फेब्रुअरी २०२३ सम्म स्वास्थ्य तथा जनसंख्या राज्यमन्त्री थिइन्; रास्वपा सरकारबाट बाहिरिँदा उनले राजीनामा दिइन्।

परिचय
सन् १९९० मा नवलपरासीमा जन्मिएकी कार्कीले एमबीबीएस र जनरल सर्जरीमा स्नातकोत्तर अध्ययन गरेकी छन्। राजनीतिमा आउनुअघि उनले पाटन अस्पतालमा सर्जनका रूपमा काम गरिन्, पाटन स्वास्थ्य विज्ञान प्रतिष्ठानमा सर्जरी पढाइन् र नेपाल मेडिकल काउन्सिलको कार्यसमितिमा रहिन्। संसद्मा उनी स्वास्थ्य नीतिमा सक्रिय छन्: सन् २०२५ मा स्वास्थ्य सचिव नियुक्तिबारे सरकारलाई प्रश्न गरिन्, रेसिडेन्ट चिकित्सकको भत्ता र कार्यघण्टा नियमका लागि माग गरिन्, र २०२६ मा प्रतिनिधि सभाको शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य तथा सूचना प्रविधि समितिको स्वास्थ्य तथा खाद्य स्वच्छता अध्ययन उपसमितिको संयोजन गर्छिन्।
