Situation Report #30

1. Patient Status by Health Facility:

Current Status of Patients Under Treatment: A total of 7 patients are currently
receiving treatment, including 3 at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital, 3 at the
National Trauma Center, and 1 at Shree Birendra Hospital, Chhauni.
2. Key Health Sector Response and Coordination:
Regular coordination and review
meetings are being held with the
Directors General of departments and
Heads of Divisions and Sections of the
Ministry of Health and Food Safety. The
meeting held yesterday reviewed
progress of ongoing activities across
the Ministry, the status of post-disaster
health service delivery, and key
measures
to
further
strengthen
coordination,
continuity,
and
effectiveness of health service delivery.

Dr. Hemant Chandra Ojha, Chief,
HEDMU/HEOC, chaired a consultation
meeting with representatives of the HELP Aid
to discuss the ongoing health response to the
Bhotekoshi–Rasuwa flash flood and potential
areas of support and coordination to
strengthen the ongoing response.
