1. Who can use DigiNPL

१. DigiNPL को प्रयोग कसले गर्न सक्छ

DigiNPL is provided by MyGreaterNepal Innovations Pvt Ltd. To sign up you need (a) a valid phone number capable of receiving SMS, and (b) an email address that you control. Sharing your account with anyone else is prohibited.

DigiNPL माईग्रेटरनेपाल इनोभेसन्स प्रा.लि. द्वारा प्रदान गरिन्छ। साइनअप गर्न तपाईंसँग (क) एसएमएस प्राप्त गर्न सक्ने वैध फोन नम्बर, र (ख) तपाईंले नियन्त्रण गर्ने इमेल ठेगाना हुनुपर्छ। आफ्नो खाता अरू कसैसँग साझा गर्नु निषेधित छ।

You agree to use DigiNPL only for official government communication. You may not:

तपाईं DigiNPL सरकारी आधिकारिक सञ्चारमा मात्र प्रयोग गर्न सहमत हुनुहुन्छ। तपाईंले गर्न नहुने कुराहरू:

• Impersonate another officer or claim a designation you do not hold.
• Use the service to commit, plan, or facilitate any offence under Nepali law.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, encryption, or other security controls.
• Reverse-engineer the server or distribute the source of the official clients except via MyGreaterNepal Innovations-sanctioned channels.
• Use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, advertising, or malware.

• अन्य कर्मचारीको रूप धारण गर्नु वा आफूले नभएको पद दाबी गर्नु।
• नेपाली कानूनअन्तर्गत कुनै अपराध गर्न, योजना बनाउन वा सहयोग गर्न सेवा प्रयोग गर्नु।
• प्रमाणीकरण, दर रोकावट, एन्क्रिप्सन वा अन्य सुरक्षा नियन्त्रण उल्लङ्घन गर्ने प्रयास गर्नु।
• सर्भर रिभर्स-इन्जिनियर गर्नु वा MyGreaterNepal Innovations-स्वीकृत च्यानल बाहेक आधिकारिक क्लाइन्टको स्रोत वितरण गर्नु।
• नचाहिएको ठूलो मात्राको सन्देश, विज्ञापन वा मालवेयर पठाउन सेवा प्रयोग गर्नु।

3. Account security

You are responsible for the security of the devices on which DigiNPL is installed. If you lose a device, contact hello@diginpl.com from the email on your account to revoke that device's keys.

DigiNPL स्थापित यन्त्रहरूको सुरक्षाको जिम्मेवारी तपाईंको हो। यन्त्र हराएमा त्यसको कुञ्जी रद्द गर्न आफ्नो खातामा दर्ता भएको इमेलबाट hello@diginpl.com मा सम्पर्क गर्नुहोस्।

DigiNPL is operated on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in-app at least 24 hours in advance where practicable.

DigiNPL यथासम्भव प्रयासको आधारमा सञ्चालित छ। निरन्तर उपलब्धताको ग्यारेन्टी छैन। योजनाबद्ध मर्मतसम्भार सकेसम्म कम्तीमा २४ घण्टाअघि एपमै घोषणा गरिनेछ।

MyGreaterNepal Innovations may suspend or revoke your access if you violate these terms or if your operator adminstrator revokes it. Account deletion procedures are described in the Privacy Policy.

तपाईंले यी सर्तहरू उल्लङ्घन गरेमा वा तपाईंको सञ्चालकले पहुँच रद्द गरेमा MyGreaterNepal Innovations ले तपाईंको पहुँच निलम्बन वा खारेज गर्न सक्छ। खाता मेटाउने प्रक्रिया गोपनीयता नीतिमा वर्णन गरिएको छ।

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes will be resolved by courts in Kathmandu.

यी सर्तहरू नेपालको कानूनद्वारा निर्देशित छन्। विवादहरू काठमाडौँका अदालतमार्फत समाधान गरिनेछन्।

7. Changes

७. परिवर्तन

Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

महत्त्वपूर्ण परिवर्तनहरू लागू हुनुभन्दा कम्तीमा १४ दिनअघि एपमै घोषणा गरिनेछन्। लागू मितिपछि निरन्तर प्रयोग गर्नुले स्वीकृति जनाउँछ।
