- Printed copy of the “Online Visa Application” confirmation page, Original Passport with at least 6 months of validity, Visa fee in the form of Money Order or Bank Draft in the name of the Embassy of Nepal, Ottawa. Applicants submitting visa application in person may pay the fee by debit card. A prepaid self-addressed express return envelope with tracking number. Additional Instructions for Travel Document Holders: Sponsorship Letter from a Nepali Citizen addressed to the Embassy of Nepal, Ottawa is required to process visa applications. The sponsorship letter needs to be signed by the sponsor and must contain contact details (mobile and email) of her/him. A copy of the citizenship certificate of the sponsor/ Nepali Citizen is also needed. The applicants must select 'Refugee (as defined in Article 1)' in Country category, while submitting the application online. Please provide your phone number in the printed application form (by writing with hand in the printed application) so that the embassy would be able to contact the applicants, if needed.
