- A letter from the Company with details of the deceased, request for cancellation of passport and issuance of NOC to send the dead body to Nepal Passport and UAE visa of the deceased Details of salaries from the Company including last six month"s salary sheet and other benefits/dues payable to the legal heirs of the deceased A copy of the Passport and visa of the accompanying person who takes the dead body to Nepal Final settlement amount (accepted both in cash and in cheque in the name of the “Embassy of Nepal, Abu Dhabi”) for its onward transmission to the legal heirs of the deceased in Nepal List of belongings of the deceased Original and copy of the Death Certificate issued by the concerned authority Police Reports and Medical reports
