Most pregnancies are healthy, but certain danger signs mean mother or baby need urgent care. Knowing them saves lives. लक्षण: In pregnancy: vaginal bleeding, severe headache with blurred vision, swelling of face/hands, fits, high fever, severe tummy pain, or the baby moving much less. Attend all antenatal check-ups, and seek care immediately for any danger sign in pregnancy, labour or the six weeks after birth (heavy bleeding, fever, fits).
