Nepal Airlines Flight 183 was a scheduled domestic passenger flight operated by a DHC-6 Twin Otter that on 16 February 2014 crashed into a hill near Dhikura, Nepal killing all 15 passengers and 3 crew members on board. The accident was later attributed to pilot error resulting in a CFIT.
