Ram Raja Prasad Singh was a Nepalese politician. In July 2008, Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist), a Nepalese political party which merged with other communist parties and renamed to Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist-Centre) नेपाल कम्युनिष्ट पार्टी (माओवादी)केन्द्र, or CPN(M-C), proposed Singh as their candidate in the first presidential election in the country.
