झलनाथ खनाल (जन्म: वि. सं. २००६ चैत ६) एक नेपाली राजनीतिज्ञ तथा पूर्व प्रधानमन्त्री हुन्। उनी वि. सं. २०६७ माघ २३ देखि वि. सं. २०६८ भदौ ११ सम्म नेपालको ३५औँ प्रधानमन्त्रीको रूपमा सेवा गरेका थिए। उनी नेपाल कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी (एमाले)का पूर्व अध्यक्ष तथा संविधान सभामा नेकपा (एमाले)का संसदीय दलका नेता रहेका थिए। नेकपा (एमाले) टुक्रिएपछि उनी नेकपा (एकीकृत समाजवादी)का वरिष्ठ नेताको जिम्मेवारी बहन गरिरहेका छन्। [विकिपिडिया]
