## Overview

UAE trade media have covered his work at the Gulf hospital group Aster DM Healthcare. TahawulTech reported that he was appointed Head of IT and Automation at Aster Hospitals UAE in 2017, covering 27 facilities in the UAE and Oman. Later reports call him Head of Innovation at Aster DM Healthcare (2024–2025). An October 2025 op-ed gives his title as Head of Operational Technology, Innovation and Automation Healthcare at Aster Hospitals UAE and Oman. In December 2025, a press release announced his appointment as chief executive of vCODES Software Solutions LLC in Dubai.

Published winners lists from UAE technology award programmes name him for twelve awards between 2021 and 2025. They include CPI Media Group's CIO Leadership Awards (2023, 2024 and 2025), TahawulTech's CISO 50 (2023), the DT 100 at the Digital Transformation Summit UAE (2023), Leading Healthcare CTO at the Elets Global Healthcare Summit in Dubai (2023), and CXO DX and CXO Insight ME awards for cloud, cyber security and IT leadership (2021–2024).

According to TahawulTech, he holds an MBA in Innovation and Change from the University of Liverpool. In January 2024 he began a doctorate on artificial superintelligence in healthcare at Guglielmo Marconi University in Rome. He has posted preprints on ResearchGate, including AsterMate (generative AI for clinical documentation), PAHSI (Padam's Artificial Healthcare Superintelligence) and Domain Transport Language (DTL), a data format. According to his company profile, AlifZetta Superintelligence builds sovereign, CPU-based AI that answers English and Nepali queries.
