Ticketing Executive

Royal Travels & Tours is seeking experienced and motivated Ticketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidates should have strong knowledge of airline reservation and ticketing systems and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Handle ticket reservations, issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds.Assist customers with schedules, fares, availability, and ticketing-related inquiries.Manage bookings and provide timely follow-up to customers.Handle changes, cancellations, and other ticketing requirements accurately.Maintain proper records of reservations and ticketing transactions.Coordinate with customers and internal teams when required.Ensure accuracy and quality while handling multiple bookings and deadlines.Provide professional and courteous customer service.
