Site Supervisor

Project: VAS ProjectThe selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties:Site Supervision: Visit the site daily and make sure all work is carried out properly and according to the project plan.Subcontractor Management: Supervise subcontractors and their workers to ensure they complete their work on time.Daily Manpower Report : Record and report the number of workers present at the site every day.Daily Progress Report: Prepare and send daily updates on completed work, ongoing work, and pending work.Work Quality: Check the quality of work and inform management about any problems or mistakes.Work Schedule: Monitor the work schedule and follow up with subcontractors to avoid delays.Material Management: Check the materials required at the site and inform management in advance if any materials are needed.Coordination: Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and the management team to ensure smooth project progress.Problem Reporting: Report any site issues, delays, material shortages, or other problems to management immediately.Safety and Housekeeping: Ensure workers follow site safety rules and keep the work area clean and organized.Measurement and Verification: Check completed work and assist in verifying measurements for progress tracking and billing.Photo Updates: Take daily site photos and share them with management along with the progress report.
