Senior MEP Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and technically competent Senior MEP Engineer to oversee and coordinate MEP works throughout the project. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other building services, along with excellent coordination and site management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and coordinate MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, shop drawings, and material submittals.Lead and supervise electrical works including power distribution, lighting, ELV, fire alarm, PA, solar, and other related systems.Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, WTP/STP/ETP, and other MEP works with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.Monitor site execution, workmanship, materials, resources, and overall progress.Ensure MEP works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, applicable codes, and standards.Review GFC drawings and technical submissions and resolve site-level technical and coordination issues.Support material and manpower estimation, cost evaluation, work measurement, billing, and contractor management.Plan and monitor MEP work schedules and ensure timely completion of activities.Conduct inspections and oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and rectification of MEP systems.Prepare progress reports, inspection records, testing documents, and handover documentation.Coordinate final handover, takeover, and Defects Liability Period (DLP) activities.Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, quality standards, statutory regulations, and project specifications.
