Senior Accountant

Reports to: Head- Accounts & Finance or Managing DirectorWe are seeking Senior Accountants who will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting and financial operations across multiple business units/products, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and effective financial controls. The role will also involve supervising the Accounts/Finance team, supporting management with financial analysis and insights, and coordinating with clients, stakeholders, banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions of multiple products within the stipulated time.Prepare financial statements, reports, payroll (PF/SSF/Gratuity/Tax) and TADA calculation of all employees on a monthly basis.Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations and be the first point of contact while dealing with clients, stakeholders and bank for finance/account related purpose.Assist with tax, audit, and statutory compliance.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for several products.Support management with financial information and analysis.Overlook and manage the Account/Finance department by handling all the responsibilities.Train the junior team members and support them in any account/finance related issues.Any ad hoc duties as per requirement.
