Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead one of Nepal's largest commercial building construction projects (Aadar Trade Mall). The successful Project Manager will lead the project from commencement through completion, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, superior quality, regulatory compliance, and the highest standards of health and safety while maintaining effective coordination among all stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all remaining civil, structural, interior fit-out, and MEP construction works from mobilization through testing, commissioning and final handover. Plan, organize, monitor, and control overall construction activities.Ensure project completion within the approved timeline, budget, and quality standards.Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.Develop and monitor detailed project schedules using MS Project or equivalent planning software.Review and approve construction methodologies, work programs, and resource planning.Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions where required.Manage project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, engineering standards, and local regulations.Supervise structural, architectural, finishing, and external development works.Coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works with civil construction activities.Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare progress reports for senior management.Ensure implementation of Quality Assurance (QA/QC) procedures.Promote and enforce workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.Manage project documentation, contract administration, and change management.Lead and mentor project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, and support teams.
