Master Data Specialist (Customer & Product Data – SAP)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Master Data Specialist (Customer & Product Data – SAP) to manage the creation, validation, maintenance, and quality of customer and product master data. The successful candidate will ensure that all data entered into company systems is accurate, complete, standardized, and free from duplicates.The role will support sales, supply chain, finance, and other business functions by maintaining reliable master data and contributing to continuous process improvement.Key Responsibilities:Create and validate customer master data, including address verification, data standardization, and duplicate checks.Validate product and material master data according to established data standards and procedures.Review and process requests for changes to existing customer and product records.Ensure all master data is accurate, complete, consistent, and properly maintained in SAP systems.Identify recurring data quality issues and report them to the relevant teams.Collaborate with the data governance team to investigate root causes and improve data quality.Support the simplification and continuous improvement of master data management processes.Ensure compliance with internal data management standards and procedures.
