IT Assistant

Dakshinkali Investment & Securities, a well-recognized stock brokerage company licensed by Securities Board of Nepal, is seeking an IT Assistant from dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Nepalese citizens, interested in pursuing a career in the stock brokerage industry. Key Responsibilities: Technical support for TMS, hardware, networking, and internal IT infrastructure. Assist in database management, system backup, and cybersecurity monitoring. Troubleshoot client inquiries regarding online trading login, OTP, and system connectivity. Strong troubleshooting abilities, along with good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team attitude. Knowledge of website handling & Social Media Platforms Handling with proficiency in graphic designing tools. Should be proactive and quick learner with constructive mind-set. Working knowledge in Stock Broker Company shall be an added advantage.
