Royal Travels & Tours is seeking 2 experienced and enthusiastic Inbound/Outbound Tour Officer to join our team. The ideal candidates should have strong knowledge of tour planning, travel arrangements, and customer handling, with the ability to coordinate tours efficiently from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:Plan and organize inbound and outbound tour packages according to customer requirements.Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about tour packages, destinations, itineraries, and travel services.Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel packages.Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transportation providers, guides, and other travel partners.Manage tour bookings, confirmations, and necessary travel arrangements.Follow up with clients and ensure smooth coordination before and during the trip.Handle changes, cancellations, and customer requests professionally.Maintain proper records of bookings, clients, and tour-related documents.Ensure excellent customer service and a smooth travel experience.
