If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and aspire to make a meaningful impact in Nepal's growing real estate sector, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the company's day-to-day finance and accounting operations.Prepare and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans.Develop accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.Oversee cash flow planning and ensure effective working capital management.Ensure compliance with Nepal's tax regulations, statutory requirements, and accounting standards.Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.Monitor project costs, profitability, and financial performance across real estate developments.Establish and strengthen internal financial controls, policies, and reporting systems.Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to support business growth and investment decisions.Supervise and mentor the finance and accounts team while promoting operational excellence.Identify financial risks and recommend practical solutions to improve business performance.Support management with feasibility studies, investment analysis, and financial modeling for new projects.
