Factory Coordinators

Karkhana’s Factory prepares, assembles, packs, stores, and dispatches science learning kits and classroom materials for schools. The work involves handling materials, checking products, maintaining stock records, and preparing orders for delivery. This is a practical workplace where people work closely together. It requires care, reliable teamwork, and strong discipline in maintaining data, organizing the workspace, and completing work on time.About the RoleWe are looking for three Factory Coordinators with experience in a factory, production unit, inventory, store operations, or similar work. This is not an entry-level role. You will coordinate daily work, maintain accurate records, follow up on tasks, and participate in hands-on work when required. You should be comfortable taking responsibility and completing agreed work without repeated reminders.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily planning and coordinate work across production, inventory, quality checks, and dispatch.Help prepare, assemble, check, pack, and dispatch learning kits and materials.Count stock, record material movement, and check physical quantities against records.Keep production, inventory, quality, and dispatch data accurate and updated on time.Check product quantities, condition, packaging, and labels before handover.Keep materials in designated locations and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.Follow SOPs, checklists, safety practices, and agreed Factory processes.Follow up on pending work and communicate delays, shortages, mistakes, or quality concerns promptly.Help resolve daily problems and improve ways of working.Work respectfully with others, receive feedback openly, and take responsibility for correcting mistakes.
