The ideal candidate will play an essential role in overseeing and managing our construction projects on-site.Responsibilities:Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring they comply with plans, specifications, and regulationsManage resources and coordinate teams to ensure efficient project completionCommunicate with stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and clients to provide updates and address any issues or concernsConduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any potential issues or risks on the sitePrepare and submit detailed reports on project progress and any challenges or delaysDevelop and review project plans and schedules to ensure timely and accurate completion of the projectUtilize 2D-3D AutoCAD to assist in project planning and designPrepare cost estimations and ensure project stays within budgetEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on site
