Chartered Accountant (CA)

Bandan Bhagwati Nirman Sewa is seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee the company’s financial management, accounting, taxation, compliance, reporting, and internal control functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, timely statutory compliance, effective financial planning, and sound financial decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the company’s overall accounting and finance functions.Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts and supporting documentation.Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, expenses, and working capital.Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and management reports.Ensure timely preparation and filing of VAT, TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory returns.Coordinate with tax authorities, auditors, banks, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.Handle internal and external audits and provide required schedules, documents, and explanations.Ensure compliance with applicable Nepalese accounting, taxation, company, and regulatory requirements.Establish and monitor effective internal financial controls and procedures.Review project-wise costs, profitability, expenses, and financial performance.Monitor construction/project-related financial transactions, bills, payments, advances, and reconciliations.Review contractor, supplier, subcontractor, and client-related accounts and settlements.Verify invoices, payment documents, purchase transactions, and supporting records.Assist management in financial planning, investment decisions, cost control, and business strategy.Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate corrective measures.Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure confidentiality of company information.Lead and supervise the finance and accounts team.Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.
