We are looking for a motivated, confident, and student-focused Career Advisor / Counselor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for counselling students, understanding their academic and career goals, recommending suitable study options, and guiding them throughout the admission process.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional career and educational counselling to students.Understand students’ academic backgrounds, interests, career goals, and financial considerations.Recommend suitable courses, universities, colleges, and study destinations.Provide accurate information regarding admission requirements, courses, scholarships, tuition fees, and career opportunities.Guide students through the application and admission process.Follow up with students and prospective clients through calls, messages, and meetings.Maintain regular communication with students and parents.Convert enquiries and leads into successful applications and admissions.Coordinate with the documentation and admission teams to ensure smooth processing.Maintain accurate records of student counselling sessions, applications, and follow-ups.Meet assigned counselling and admission targets.Stay updated on university programs, admission policies, scholarships, and study-abroad opportunities.Participate in seminars, education fairs, workshops, and promotional activities when required.Build positive relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
