This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for business development and team leadership, looking to make a significant impact in a thriving environment.Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Stakeholder Management: Formulate and execute localized business development plans to achieve branch growth, lead generation, and revenue targets. Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, colleges, and community organizations.Branch Operations & Financial Oversight: Manage day-to-day branch operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with organizational policies. Monitor branch budgets and operational expenses in alignment with the Finance department.Team Leadership & HR Coordination: Lead and mentor branch staff, establishing clear goals and performance targets. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of personnel in coordination with HR.Reporting, Networking & Support: Monitor branch metrics and submit regular progress reports on sales conversion and operations. Collaborate with the Head Office to implement strategic plans and share market insights.Qualifications & Expectations:Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in branch management or business development.
