Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, monitor revenue and receivables, perform reconciliations, and ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective coordination with tenants, vendors, banks, auditors, and management.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update accounting records and books of accounts on a timely basis.Record and verify daily sales, cash collections, bank transactions, expenses, purchases, and other financial transactions.Monitor daily revenue from mall tenants, cinema ticket sales, food & beverage, parking, advertising, events, and other income sources.Reconcile daily cash collections, POS records, ticketing system reports, and bank deposits.Maintain and monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, including tenant receivables and vendor balances.Prepare tenant-wise statements, rent/charges schedules, and follow up on outstanding receivables.Verify invoices, bills, payment requests, and supporting documents before processing.Perform regular bank, cash, receivable, payable, and ledger reconciliations.Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records and supporting documents.Coordinate with mall management, cinema operations, tenants, vendors, banks, auditors, and tax authorities as required.Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control procedures.Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.
